Order Cancellation Policy

At BaseBraid (hereinafter referred to as  “we,” or “us”), we are committed to protecting your shopping rights. This Order Cancellation Policy explains the conditions, procedures, and refund arrangements for order cancellations.


1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders within 48 hours and not yet shipped: Customers may request a direct cancellation.

  • Orders over 48 hours or already shipped: Direct cancellation is not available. Once the order is delivered, customers may request a return and refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.


2. Cancellation Procedure

Customers may contact our customer service team via email or phone to submit a cancellation request. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Payment proof

  • Contact details

Our customer service team will review your request within 1–3 business days. Once approved, you will be notified immediately and the refund process will be initiated.


3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).

  • Estimated Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • If the refund does not appear within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • Refunds will include the actual order amount paid and any eligible shipping fees (settled in AUD).
